Shipping

How much is shipping?

We now offer free delivery on all internet orders within England, Scotland (excluding highlands), Wales and Northern Ireland.   Orders are normally shipped next working day of order date and sent via insured courier on a 48 hour delivery service.

For priority next day deliveries or timed arrivals please make us aware of this so we can do our utmost to satisfy your requirements.

 

For deliveries to Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Europe and the rest of the world please contact us by phone or email for an accurate shipping cost.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship to the majority of countries.  Please contact us for an accurate cost and delivery time.

 

Will my order require a signature?

As all our deliveries are insured a signature is required on receipt of the goods.  However, we are able to instruct our courier of special requirements such as delivery time slots or even allow them to leave with a neighbouring property.

 

Can I track my order?

All our orders are shipped by insured couriers, a tracking reference number will be issued once your order has been marked as shipped within your account.  This can be tracked online with the relevant courier company listed.

 

Can you deliver weekends or bank holidays?

Yes, Saturday delivers can be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us for further details.

Sorry, we are unable to make deliveries on a Sunday or bank holiday. 

During the weekend and public holidays your order will be processed the next working day.

 

Can you send same day?

On very rare circumstance we can arrange a same day courier service, this is expensive but is an available service.  Please contact us for a price.

 

Returns:

Can I return an item?

We will accept returns of unused equipment within 28 days after the day you received the goods.  A refund will be issued when goods are received back in the original packaging, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to cover administration and original shipping costs.

Your right to cancel
We give you the right to cancel the contract in accordance with the following terms. You can do this by giving us notice before you receive the goods, or by giving notice no later than 28 days after the day you received the goods.

When can I NOT cancel?
You are allowed to open the goods and try them out before cancelling, but you will not be able to cancel if:-
(a) the goods were made to your specifications or are personalised to you;
(b) the goods are damaged or marked in any way or have unreasonable wear or are otherwise not in a condition consistent with your having taken reasonable care of them;
(c) the goods are in a condition such that they cannot reasonably be re-sold at all or for more than 80% of their original value;
(d) you are not able to return the goods with all packaging, contents, documents, and other items supplied with or as part of the goods, including any free gifts; or
(e) you sell, transfer, hire or lend the goods or give ownership of the goods to any other person.

How do I cancel?
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel then you can do this by one of the following methods:-

(a) following the instructions for returns in the documentation supplied with your goods on delivery;
(b) e-mailing us at support@aquamundus.co.uk, quoting your order reference number;
(c) telephoning us on
01386 832205, with your order reference number to hand;
(d) writing to us at 20 Bond Industrial Estate, Wickhamford, Worcestershire, WR11 7RL quoting your order reference number.

(Don't worry if you don't have your order reference number to hand; this won't affect your rights, but it will save time if you can quote it).

What must I do with the goods?
If you decide to cancel you must stop using the goods immediately and you must immediately return the goods to us at the address in the UK we specify. We may in our discretion agree or decide to collect the goods from you, or send to you a pre-paid package (e.g. return box) to return the goods to us in. In such event you must make the goods available on request and promptly return any goods using any such package. However, if we do not agree to do so, then you are responsible for arranging for bringing the goods to us yourself, or having the goods posted or couriered back to us. If you fail to return the goods to us, we may charge you our direct costs of collecting the goods from you. Until you return the goods to us you must keep hold of the goods and take reasonable care of them, and if you send the goods back to us you must ensure that they are received by us and are not damaged in transit, otherwise your right of cancellation will cease. If you are not able to return the goods in a condition consistent with you having taken reasonable care of them, or with all packaging and other items supplied with the goods, we may charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.

When do I receive my refund?
If you decide to cancel, we will refund you within 7 days of the date that you cancel, or if later, within 7 days of return of the goods to us, less any direct costs in recovering the goods which we are entitled to charge you.

Wrong item received

If it’s our fault we’ll fix it.  In the unlikely event that the item received is not what was ordered we will arrange a next day shipment of the correct equipment and organise the collection of the item in error.
